The Scientific Board

The Scientific Board oversees and upholds the standard of training at the college.

Dr Alain Maldjian (ER)
Scientific adviser to the college since 1998
Physiotherapist
Specialist physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Former lead physician of the Rehabilitation Department, Centre Hospitalier du Vexin.
Member of the National Association of Specialist Rehabilitation Physicians.
Member of the French Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Society.
Honorary President of the French Podiatry Society.
Member of the Garches Foundation.

Dr Philippe Denormandie
Orthopaedic surgeon. Associate Member of the French College of Orthopaedics and Traumatology Surgeons and Member of the CNSA Scientific Board since 2006.
He also works in teaching and research namely as part of several university degrees, healthcare and socio-medical departments and centres, at the Ecole Européenne de Chirurgie on treating spasticity and neuro-orthopaedics.
He was a Consultant for the Director of the AP-HP (Paris Hospital System) from 1987 to 2007 and worked in the following roles:
Head of communication, foundation and further training of medical and non-medical staff (1990-1996).
Head of the Disability Project, networks and social service coordination (1996-2007).
Member of the AP-HP Board of Directors (1987-1996).
Assistant Director of Korian.
