UEO (optional module)

Going further in podiatric care

IFPP Ecole d’Assas (Podiatry Training Centre) provides its students with the opportunity to take part in the Assas Diabet and Assas Sep projects which form our college’s own optional module (UEO).

This module’s content is based on podiatry care for diabetics (treatments, insoles and foot care) as well as neurological care for patients with multiple sclerosis (treatments, insoles and foot care).

This training enables patients to attend IFPP Assas free of charge for podiatry services (students are supervised by podiatrists, doctors and specialist psychologists) and enables students to get a specific training certificate (confirmation) so they can improve their skills in their professional lives.

This specific training also enables students to work and fit into specialist centres more easily.

This optional module is provided in partnership with Unisep, Sep’arty, diabetes networks and the Ereel foundation in keeping with our partnership with the “être belle pour ne pas pleurer” project and the voluntary treatment of women with cancer.
