In 2014, the Ecole d'Assas signed an internship agreement with the Christus Spohn Hospital (Shoreline).

This unique experience allows third-year students to do a one-month internship and discover the American health system. Students need to be fluent in English as they contribute to the assessment of patients in cooperation with Shoreline physical therapists.

Wenzhou Medical University

In 2014, the Ecole d'Assas and the Weznhou Medical Hospital in China, signed a Letter of Agreement in order to promote mutual cooperation in the field of physiotherapy.

Each year, second-year students, have the opportunity to do a six-weeks internship and discover the Chinese Traditional Medecine.
Their stay in Wenzhou is also an occasion to discover the Chinese culture and to spend a week in Shanghai just for fun!

In 2016, Assas Physiotherapy school joined the Skype project led by the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands.

25 students from Assas are part of the project on a voluntary basis. The assignement aims are : to be able to conduct an interview in English with an international peer and write a final report summarizing the outcomes of the Skype appointments. During the interview, students discuss issues related to physiotherapy at their school and in their country. They are also invited to share cultural aspects of their respective countries.

FEPAMIC is an NGO completely dedicated to people with disabilities. It was founded in 1988 by a group of 10 parents who did not find solutions to their children health and schooling problems.
